We have been going to the Grand for many years. can't say enough about the service, plenty of drinks, the buffet is awesome. and when we stay they always put us on a water side view. its a great place to have a 1 day stay or often we bring or meet with our extended family and stay a few days.

My mother and I went to the Sheraton Resort for a 4 day visit and it was FABULOUS! The rooms are gorgeous. The saff was terrific. The location is perfect because it was within walking distance to 2 other terrific hotels. The food choice was wonderful. We can't wait to visit again. In fact,

I was at the Grand hotel on 5/11/08. The customer service was outstanding.everyone was seemed to care if I was happy or not. The problem was the air conditioner kept making a very loud thunk everytime it came on, so I did tell them at the front desk and they sent maintainance up to fix it while
